Terms and Conditions

By confirming your order you accept the following Terms and Conditions:

  1. Our prices are subject to change – Promotional terms only apply in the period stated for the promotion. Charges for delivery are not included in the stated product price – see delivery for details of applicable charges.
  2. All goods are subject to availability.
  3. Whilst Mobile-Tech Complete Solutions Ltd. will try to ensure that prices on the web site are accurate, we are not responsible for errors that may occur. If we discover any errors in the price of goods before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit your order at the correct price or cancel the order. The price of all goods and services advertised are inclusive of any applicable Irish taxes. The price does not include any importation taxes applicable outside of the Republic of Ireland.
  4. Any goods, services or information displayed on this web site should not be regarded as an offer, invitation, solicitation, advice or recommendation to buy a product or service on the web site.
  5. Any e-mail or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by Mobile-Tech of your order. All orders are subject to approval by us.
  6. Provided you keep the goods in ‘as new’ condition, you are entitled to withdraw from this contract without stating any cause within 28 days of delivery. You must communicate such withdrawal to us within that 28 day period. If the goods are faulty or do not conform to description, you may contact Mobile-Tech Complete Solutions Ltd. within 28 days and will be entitled to a replacement or a full refund and we will arrange return at our own expense. Mobile-Tech Complete Solutions Ltd. reserves the right to retain the cost of delivery where goods are returned for no cause. The item must be returned to us unused and still within its original packaging. If the above is adhered to we will refund the cost of the goods including shipping costs but we will not refund the return shipping costs of the goods and if the goods are not in the original packaging or missing parts, there will be a 10 -30% restocking fee. Our Return Policy does not cover any kind of physical damage.
  7. All second hand items are covered by our 30 days guarantee policy. All our second hand parts and devices are checked up and fully working.
  8. All Mobile-Tech Complete Solutions Ltd. promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn by Mobile-Tech Complete Solutions Ltd. at any time.
  9. Mobile-Tech Complete Solutions Ltd. liability for any injury (other than death or personal injury), damage or loss, in particular consequential loss, arising from the use of any goods purchased via this web site, or from the transaction itself, is hereby excluded. Any injury, damage or loss arising directly from the negligence of Mobile-Tech Complete Solutions Ltd. or any of its agents will be limited to a refund of the value of the goods purchased, together with any delivery charges paid.
  10. While all reasonable care is taken to protect the confidentiality of your payment card details, Mobile-Tech Complete Solutions Ltd. cannot be liable if, through no fault of its own, these details are intercepted and used by third parties.

  12. If you make a purchase on the Website, you will be asked to click your acceptance of this Agreement. If you choose to do so, you are indicating that you are expressly accepting these Terms and Conditions and you consent to be bound by and to become a party to the electronic version of these Terms and Conditions which govern your relationship with us. If you choose not to click your acceptance of this Agreement prior to completing your online purchase, you will not be able to conclude your online transaction but your use of the Website will nonetheless continue to be subject to these Terms and Conditions.
  13. If you make a purchase on the Website, you are warranting to us that you are legally authorized to use the credit or other payment card for the proposed transaction and that you fully understand this Agreement. Whilst we use advanced technology for processing secure credit card based transactions and constantly upgrade according to the technical development we nevertheless do not accept liability for any damages of any nature resulting from you using your payment card on the Website.
  14. If you make an error while making an online purchase, simply click on the back button on your browser and re-submit the correct information. If you receive incorrect information in any confirmation notice from us, please contact us.
  15. If you successfully conclude an online purchase, we will send you a confirmation email which will include full details of your particular purchase as well as a link to a full copy of this Agreement. Emails will be deemed to have been sent by us once they leave our information system. However if you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of completing an online transaction, please contact us.
  16. You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being dispatched by sending an email.
  17. To obtain service on your device under the terms of warranty, please;

 

  • Print off and complete the attached Repair Request Form, providing your full contact details, the product details and a full fault description. Please ensure that all fields are completed including full contact details (with email address). This will enable us to make contact with you if we should require additional information or to notify you of estimate or repair completion. Please retain a copy for your reference. Your personal details will only be used for the purposes of contacting you regarding repair, including and required financial transactions. Your details will not be passed on to any other bodies without your permission. The exception to this is if we are required to submit a report either to An Garda Siochana or other Regulatory Body for legal reasons, which we are able to verify. An example of this would be if we should identify footage on your product, the content of which is found to be of a nature that we believe may be illegal. We will responsibly destroy and documents containing customer contact or credit card details.
  • To avoid damage occurring during transportation, please ensure that your product is securely wrapped. We recommend that you wrap some bubble wrap around the item or items, than pack them in a sturdy box with polystyrene chips or other suitable packing material to avoid movement within the box, preferably to a thickness of 1-2 inches all around. Secure fast with adhesive tape.
  • Send to us at; – Mobile-Tech Complete Solutions Ltd. 11 Bridge Street, Sligo, Co. Sligo, Republic of Ireland. Please remember to include a copy of your original purchase receipt. Do not send the original. Please ensure that you use a suitably secure and traceable means of transportation. We suggest carriers such as An Post Registered or other reputable transportation company, which provides parcel tracking.
  • If requesting a repair under warranty, please ensure that your product is eligible before sending. If it was both sourced and purchased within the EU (as denoted by the letters CE at the end of the serial number) and within twelve months, it will be covered under normal guarantee terms. If purchased outside of the EU, you may still qualify for repair under guarantee. In order to qualify, you will need to produce your purchase receipt and Limited Worldwide Warranty paperwork. This covers the unit for twelve months from date of purchase. If the unit was purchased in Ireland but does not carry the letters CE at the end of the serial number, it will not be covered and we would recommend that you approach your original retailer for assistance.
  • Do not send accessories with individual items of equipment, unless specifically requested to do so. If the required repair to your product is covered under the terms of the warranty, a repair will be completed within our target turnaround of 10 working days subject to spares availability. If, on a warranty covered product, this is no fault apparent, we will return the item to you without further cost. If the problem is found to be one that does not qualify for repairs under the warranty, an estimate will be raised and provided to you by telephone/email. Once a warranty repair has been completed, we will confirm to you either by telephone or email to confirm. At this point, if the product is covered under warranty, it will be returned to you at no charge.

 

  1. To obtain service on your device/equipment outside of the warranty, please:

Upon receipt of your product an estimate will be raised and provided to you by telephone/email, within 3 working days. If there is no fault apparent, we will contact you to arrange return at your cost. Once an estimate is accepted a repair will be completed within our target turnaround of 10 working days subject to spares availability. Once a repair has been completed, we will confirm to you by telephone or email to confirm. Payment will then be taken and arrangements made for the return of the product at your cost. Following issue of an estimate, if we receive no return communication, we will contact you a second time, in writing, 30 days later. If we again receive no response, we will write to you a further 30 days later. If there is no response to this final communications within 30 days from the letter date, the product will be disposed of. After refusal of an estimate, you can elect to have the item returned to you on a chargeable basis or you can authorize Mobile-Tech to arrange disposal (we will request this confirmation in writing by letter or email).
  1. None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
